Most concrete foundation cracks are strictly leaking problems, especially during heavy rains. Not only can excess water in the basement potentially damage or ruin valuable items, but chances for mold and mildew growth are significantly higher, which directly impacts a home’s indoor air quality.
Basement wall cracks also have the ability to widen. While a particular crack may not necessarily be a problem at the time, which can change as soon as the next heavy rain storm arrives. After a foundation crack forms, the prospect of water seepage (whether slight or major) is not a matter of if, but a matter of when.
Poly-Urethane Injection

Poly-Urethane Injection is the engineer’s method of choice for permanently stopping leaks from the interior side of the wall. Again, no digging required, as high-pressure polyurethane injection forces the flexible seal completely through the wall crack, to the other side.
We use high quality injection pumps to preform low pressure injections that deliver between 20 to 40psi on every injection in order to deliver the resin or grout at the correct pressure and volume. Low pressure injections allow the technician to properly monitor the polyurethane foam as it saturates and fills the cracks until the liquid collects at an adjacent surface port.
Epoxy Injection
Epoxy is used on passive (non-moving) cracks for structural repairs, while… Polyurethane is used on active (moving or potential for moving) cracks.
